  2. The contest runs until 8 November 2026, 23:59 CET. Late entries are not accepted.
  3. Participation is free and open to artists worldwide. If you're under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to your entry and to these terms.
  4. One entry per person. Duplicate or incomplete entries may be disqualified.
  5. Your track must be original and unreleased, and you must own or have cleared all rights, including samples and vocals.
  6. You keep all rights to your music. Collabhouse only uses your entry to judge the contest and, with your permission, to announce the winner.
  7. A jury from the Collabhouse team chooses the winner based on quality, originality and release potential. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. The prize is a release campaign worth €5,000 (DJ promo, ads, DSP pitching and influencer marketing), spent by Collabhouse. It cannot be exchanged for cash.
  9. The winner is notified by email and must respond within 14 days, otherwise a new winner may be chosen.
  10. We process your data only to run this contest, in line with our privacy policy. By entering you also agree to receive emails from Collabhouse; you can unsubscribe at any time.
  11. Employees of Collabhouse and their immediate family members cannot take part.
  12. The winner is announced in the first two weeks of December 2026. The winner is notified by email shortly before the public announcement on Collabhouse's social channels. By entering, you agree that your name, artist name and track may be used to announce and promote the winner.
  13. The campaign runs within 12 months after the winner is announced, on a release date agreed with Collabhouse. The prize is personal and not transferable. If the track is not released within that period, the prize lapses.
  14. We keep entries and uploaded tracks for no longer than 3 months after the contest ends (the winner's data for as long as needed to run the campaign). See our privacy policy at collabhouse.com/privacy.
  15. Collabhouse is not liable for technical problems, lost or incomplete uploads, or damage resulting from taking part, except in case of intent or gross negligence.
  16. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
  17. Collabhouse may change or end the contest in case of misuse, fraud or circumstances beyond its control.
